1.1 These Terms and Conditions are for all foreign currency exchange services (The “Service”) provided by Currency Hub PTY LTD (ABN 72 633 375 550), referred to as “Currency Hub” or “we” or “us” or “our”. You may get in touch with us at: www.currencyhub.com.au. Our registered office is at: CM201, Level 1, Westfield Knox, 425 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South VIC 3152.
2. Terms and use of the services:
2.1 These services may include in-store and online ordering facility for exchanging foreign currency.
2.2 By exchanging or using the services you confirm that you understood and read the Terms and Conditions and also agree to be bound by them.
2.3 The Services is only available to individual residents aged 18 years and over, using our online ordering services within Australia via the website.
2.4 Currency Hub reserves the right to amend and revise Terms and Conditions for any reason without any notice.
2.5 Currency Hub may refuse to provide the Service to any person for any reason.
2.6 Currency Hub will not be liable for any damage, loss or cost incurred by you if we refuse to provide the Service to you.
2.2 By exchanging or using the services you confirm that you understood and read the Terms and Conditions and also agree to be bound by them.
2.3 The Services is only available to individual residents aged 18 years and over, using our online ordering services within Australia via the website.
2.4 Currency Hub reserves the right to amend and revise Terms and Conditions for any reason without any notice.
2.5 Currency Hub may refuse to provide the Service to any person for any reason.
2.6 Currency Hub will not be liable for any damage, loss or cost incurred by you if we refuse to provide the Service to you.
3. Online Order:
3.1 Online order to purchasing currencies steps, terms and conditions are on website. You have to provide all information regarding your order and personal details accurate, true and correct.
3.2 Currency Hub reserves the rights to request you to provide further information if needed regarding your transactions at any time.
3.3 Online order is limited between 500 AUD to 9000 AUD per person over a 24-hour period and a maximum aggregate value of AUD $18,000 over a rolling 21-day period.
3.4 All online order for purchasing currencies are subject to approval and Confirmation via Email from Currency Hub.
3.5 Currency Hub only accept cash in-store before picking up your online order in-store.
3.6 All Exchange rate are subject to change without any notice. Once you send us your ID (drivers license or passport), we will confirm your exchange rates by sending you an email confirmation.
3.7 Denomination are subject to availability.
3.8 You can only collect your online order from our Currency Hub branch located in Westfield Knox.
3.9 We will send you a text message or email once your order is ready.
3.10 The processing time of your order will be up to five business days upon confirmation after you provided scanned/photo of your drivers license or passport.
3.11 We will not provide you the service if you fail to present original of same photo identification that you provided for your online ordering, which include either Australian Driver License or Passport.
3.12 You will not be able to cancel your online order once the order is confirmed. Currency Hub will not cancel any online order for any reason.
3.13 Currency Hub use secure server and software for your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy to find out how we may use and disclose your personal information. By using our services you agree that all information provided by you is true and correct.
3.14 Should you fail to pick up your order within 24 hours after your nominated pick up date, your online order will be cancelled.
3.15 All online order currencies will be automatically rounded to nearest currency denomination available at Currency Hub.
3.16 Make sure and double check you provided your full name that matches your photo identification. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the currency exchange transaction.
3.17 By using our service, you are consenting us to collect your personal information. We may disclose your information to our third-party service provider in order to process the service.
3.18 You will be needed to sign for your online currency order upon collection and pick up.
3.19 To comply with anti-money laundering and other legal obligations and our internal risk and fraud policies, you may be requested to provide further information.
3.20 We will verify and check your original identification in-store upon collection of your online currency order.
3.21 We may take a copy of your photo identification.

4. Limiting our Liability
Currency Hub shall not be liable to you for the following:
. If we are unable to provide any of our obligations to you due to technical system problem or any other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
. Our maximum liability to you regard using our Service for the purchase of online foreign currency shall be to refund the purchase price of that order.
. We are not liable or accountable for any information from other websites that might be linked in our online system and website.
. If any provisions of these terms including these disclaimers and limitations shall be unlawful or unenforceable then such provisions shall fall away and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
. If we are unable to provide any of our obligations to you due to technical system problem or any other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
. Our maximum liability to you regard using our Service for the purchase of online foreign currency shall be to refund the purchase price of that order.
. We are not liable or accountable for any information from other websites that might be linked in our online system and website.
. If any provisions of these terms including these disclaimers and limitations shall be unlawful or unenforceable then such provisions shall fall away and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Law and jurisdiction
Our relationship shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in the State of Victoria. Any dispute, which cannot be resolved between us, shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
